This chip shuffling trick is a great one to try if you want to look like a real poker pro. As you learn poker, you will pick up more and more great poker tips and tricks like this one which will really help you polish the look of your game. Of course, online card games and internet poker do not require card tricks like this one, but they’re great fun to learn nevertheless!
Start off with a stack of poker chips; this poker trick works best with eight. If you also use two different colours of chips, this trick will look even better. Take half of the stack (four chips) and, as you pick up the fourth poker chip, slide the fifth chip (the one directly under the fourth) just less than halfway over the stack. Bring the other stack of four poker chips to the right and, as you do this, hit down on the poker chip which is sticking out of the other stack (still on the poker table). This chip should flick onto the stack of chips that you have just brought down.
As when you first learn poker or any kind of poker trick, this trick will need some practise. You will eventually get the hang of how hard to bring down the chips in order to pull this trick off. The way in which you perform this trick when you play poker will also be affected by the amount of poker chips you use, especially if you use more than eight.
Have fun practicing and, while you perfect this trick, you can play online card games and internet poker right here at Littlewoods Poker – no tricks required!
