What is Littlewoods Gaming Withdrawal Policy?

As part of our commitment to providing truly superior service, Littlewoods Gaming makes every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following is an explanation of how the withdrawal process works and Littlewoods Gaming Withdrawal Policy:

At Littlewoods Gaming, the method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).

When you deposit to your Littlewoods Gaming account by credit, charge or debit card, NETELLER, Moneybookers, you accumulate what we refer to as a positive "Member Transaction Balance"* (please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition), for that particular payment method.

When you request a withdrawal, if possible, your withdrawal will be paid automatically to the payment method(s) for which you have established a positive Member Transaction Balance (please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below).

1. On Monday you deposit £50 by Visa credit card;
2. On Wednesday you deposit £50 by NETELLER;
3. On Thursday you deposit another £50 by Visa credit card;
4. On Saturday you deposit £50 by Moneybookers;
5. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals £200:
1. £100 on Visa credit card;
2. £50 on Moneybookers;
3. £50 on NETELLER.
6. On Sunday you request a £400 withdrawal.

The first £200 of your withdrawal (up to your Member' Transaction Balance) will be automatically paid to you in the following manner and order of priority:

1. £100 will be paid to your Visa credit card account(s)(please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below);
2. £50 will be paid to your Moneybookers account;
3. £50 will be paid to your NETELLER account;
4. Your Member Transaction Balance now equals £0.

Your £200 "Remaining Withdrawal Balance"*** (the amount above your Member' Transaction Balance - please see Withdrawal Policy below for definition) will be paid to you according to your chosen payment method(s):

1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £10,000 per credit/debit card/per day - maximum allowed per our Poker withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions below), or;
2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past), or;
4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past), or;
5. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
6. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above), or;
7. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK only).

**Visa Credit Card Cash Outs: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, Littlewoods Gaming is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop-down list below to view these countries). Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop-down list below (non-listed countries), Littlewoods Gaming is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made using these particular Visa credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming 0accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

**MasterCard/Eurocard withdrawals:due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, Littlewoods Gaming is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, deposits made by MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards will not be counted towards the *Member Transaction Balance (see Withdrawal Policy below). Members who have deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals according to section three (3) of the Withdrawal Policy, below.

Please note the following important withdrawal information(pertinent to credit card and Non-credit card users):

Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.

In most cases, withdrawal Payment credits will be posted as separate transactions, and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your Littlewoods Gaming account.

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.

If your withdrawal request is for less than the minimum allowable amount, listed below, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll:

• The minimum allowable Wire Transfer withdrawal is £10.
• The minimum allowable Bank Draft, Cheque, Moneybookers, NETELLER, UK credit cards via BACS, credit card and debit card withdrawal is £3.

Occasionally, your authorization or some documentation may be required to process your withdrawal request, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous deposits to your Littlewoods Gaming account.

Generally, credit card or debit card Withdrawals by members in the UK, Denmark, Sweden or EU countries that use the Euro will be converted into and refunded to the member's card in local currency (GBP, DKK, SEK or EUR). Withdrawals via Bank Draft/Cheque by members in the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta) will be converted into and sent in local currency (GBP, EUR, SEK or DKK). Withdrawals via Wire Transfer by members in the UK, Sweden, Denmark and other EU countries that use Euro (except Cyprus and Malta) will be converted and sent in local currency (GBP, EUR, SEK or DKK). The conversion rate applied will be the daily rate used by our bank or exchange rate provider on the day the withdrawal is processed. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the member will be told his withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both US dollars and local currency. In other circumstances, the withdrawal will be refunded to the member in US dollars at the rate used by the member's issuing bank.

Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.

Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the Operator of Littlewoods Gaming), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Bonuses may be Cashed Out only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied (please see Bonus Policy of this site).

There are no fees for any of our withdrawal services. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

Littlewoods Gaming Withdrawal Policy:

According to Littlewoods Gaming Withdrawal Policy, Members' withdrawal requests shall be automatically paid directly to the payment method(s) by which that Member submitted their original deposit(s) to their Littlewoods Gaming account, up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) below for definition). Thereafter, that Member may choose the payment method(s) by which to receive their ***Remaining Withdrawal Balance (see section three (3) below for definition):

1. *The Member Transaction Balance shall be defined as:
   1. Any total sum a Member has deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming account via their Visa credit/debit card(s) (with the exception of certain Visa credit/debit cards - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), and/or Diners Club Charge card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   2. Any total sum a Member has deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming account via their Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   3. Any total sum a Member has deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming account via their NETELLER account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method, plus/or;
   4. Any total sum a Member has deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming account via their Moneybookers account(s), less previous Withdrawals and/or refunds to this same payment method.
2. Withdrawals shall be automatically paid directly to the following payment method(s), up to the *Member Transaction Balance (see section one (1) above), and in the following order of priority:
   1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £10,000 per credit/debit card/per day - maximum allowed per our withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above) and/or Diners Club Charge card(s);
   2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s);
   3. NETELLER account(s);
   4. Moneybookers account(s).
3. Thereafter (once a *Member Transaction Balance, utilizing all payment methods with which that Member has deposited to their Littlewoods Gaming account in the past, has been satisfied - see section one (1) above), that Member may choose, if any exists:
   1. Visa credit/debit card(s) (up to £10,000 per credit/debit card/per day - maximum allowed per our withdrawal limits - where permitted by the Visa credit/debit card issuer - please see Credit/debit card/NETELLER **Exceptions above), or;
   2. Solo and/or Maestro debit card(s) (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past, and only in randomly selected cases), or;
   3. NETELLER (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past), or;
   4. Moneybookers (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by this payment method in the past), or;
   5. Wire Transfer (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section 1 and 2 above or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK), or;
   6. Bank Draft/Cheque (if you did not use cards as mentioned in section (a) and (b) above), or;
   7. UK credit cards via BACS (if you have deposited to your Littlewoods Gaming account by Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards that were issued in the UK. Note: This is the only option for UK issued Visa/Mastercard credit cards to receive over the balance withdrawals.)
